Mackenzie Manning, Director of User Experience

Mackenzie joined International Citizens Insurance in January 2020 and has since become a key player on both the operations and life insurance teams. With a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Psychology from Bridgewater State University, she brings a unique blend of skills and insights to her role.

As an Operations Specialist, Mackenzie focuses on optimizing, maintaining, and documenting the company’s operational processes and procedures. Her talent for content creation and design also plays a crucial role in crafting engaging content for the company’s website. Recently, she successfully led an initiative to expand our international life insurance business.

Mackenzie’s passion for making a difference extends beyond her professional life. She recently traveled to Guatemala to help build a school in partnership with School The World.
